We are a small company, deeply concerned for the health of your pet. We cannot re-sell returned items in order to prevent the spread of mites or diseases. Therefore our store policy is that we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us-we will do everything we can to assist, but please note we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

Items are made to order and can be customized. Contact us if you need a specific size or have a request.

Items ship within 3-5 business days. We highly suggest selecting Priority Mail, as First Class Mail has been ridiculously slow.
